    The class will be filmed in the MSAC Activity Room by a Swiss TV producer for a documentary on the Art of Silence. Come ready to move, have fun and lean how instructor, Rob Mermin, uses mime to help people with Parkinson's. Rob studied with Marcel Marceau and later founded Circus Smirkus. Limited space - intended for seniors only.

  2. "Lives Well Lived: Questions & Discussion"

    When she saw the documentary "Lives Well Lived" at the Green Mountain Film Festival earlier this year, Liz Benjamin found it gripping and moving. The filmmakers asked 22 questions of older adults - from "What is your secret to a happy life" to "Do you experience ageism". Liz immediately wanted to talk with others about these questions. She will facilitate an open, drop-in discussion of these in the MSAC Resource Room.
