Capital City Concerts presents unique chamber music concerts performed by some of the world's finest musicians, in collaboration with outstanding Vermont artists during the months from September-May. Founded in 2000 by flutist Karen Kevra, the concerts take place in the sanctuary of the Unitarian Church of Montpelier located at 130 Main Street.Performers have included the Borromeo String Quartet, the Paris Piano Trio, the Talich Quartet, Eugene Drucker of the Emerson String Quartet, and leading musicians from the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, Montreal Symphony, Cleveland Orchestra and more.
