"No land, building or structure, in whole or in part, shall be developed, altered, occupied or used unless in conformity with the Zoning and Subdivision Regulations for the district in which it is located."

If you are hoping to build something or make design changes on your property, and you have a description of your project, it is advisable to come in to the Planning office or give us a call before your detailed plans are prepared and you begin work.
