City Clerk The City Clerk's office is where all the essential records of the municipality's operations are filed, maintained, and made available to the public. Other services include processing land records (and related documents), and facilitating city elections. Since the Clerk's office is shared with staff from the Treasurer's office, it also serves as the point of collection for property tax payments, water and sewer payments, parking tickets, and other municipal charges. Hours of Operation: The Clerk/Treasurer's office is open to the public Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. unless otherwise noticed or required. A drop box for payments of taxes and other municipal payments after hours is located at the rear of the City Hall to the left of the doors.
