Winooski East
The next section of the path, with Main Street as the east-west divide, is Winooski East. This, too, has been divided into two segments, the first of which, Winooski East I, was also completed in 1999. Only 0.45 miles in length, it runs from the Montpelier Recreation Center on Barre Street along Stone Cutters Way to Granite Street. Segment 2, which is currently in the design phase, will continue from Granite Street to Gallison Hill Road and the Berlin town line.
