- Property transfer information (deed book and page, sale date, and price paid).
- Property ownership information, mailing addresses (updated on a regular basis).
- Physical descriptions of taxable properties.
Records Available for Review:
- Property record files.
- Tax maps.
- Copies of recent Grand Lists.
- Transfer and ownership information.
Miscellaneous:
- Copies of assessor produced records are available.
- Copies of records are available in the following formats:

Note: Copies of documents officially lodged with the City Clerk, such as deeds, plats and Official Grand List, should be obtained from that office. Copies of proprietary materials should be obtained from the owner.
