Connections- Mental Illness Recovery Support Group

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is running a Recovery Support Group, called Connections, that meets the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month. It is a support group for people living with mental illness in which people learn from each others’ experiences, share coping strategies, and offer each other encouragement and understanding.
