Montpelier Loan Fund Committee
The Montpelier Loan Fund Committee (MLFC) is a 4-member committee appointed by the City Council for 2-year terms to assist the Planning and Development Department, in its capacity as the Montpelier Community Development Agency, to managing the various loan programs that have been established for business and economic development. The MLFC reviews loan applications and credit worthiness of prospective borrowers; determines terms and conditions of loan approvals; and helps to determine the distribution of loan funds to meet program objectives.
