Status:
• No zoning permit application has been submitted yet.
• May 29, 2002 – Neighborhood meeting, as required by zoning regulations for PUDs.
• June 3 - Major Project pre-application meeting with the Planning Commission for the redesigned project. The applicant was encouraged to address a number of incomplete items and to submit an application for Conditional Approval review.
