Welcome to the Upper Elm Street / Wrightsville Rural neighborhood!
The Upper Elm area extends from Gould Hill Road to Horn of the Moon Road.
Upper Elm Street held its first organizational meeting on Sunday, April 19th, and in June, hosted a summer celebration at Splendid Oak Farm.
