The Upper Towne Hill portion of the neighborhood has organized, but leaders are still needed for the rest of the Towne Hill and Gallison Hill Neighborhood.
- Upper Towne Hill is a a sub-area of the Towne Hill/Gallison neighborhood and is comprised of Greenock, Westwood Drive, Dyer, Murray Road, and the portion of Towne Hill Road between Woodcrest and Murray Road.
