Services Provided:


Reservations for Meeting Rooms
at City Hall can be made by calling this office. Rooms available are as follows:

Memorial Room: Seats 30-40 people and is located to the rear of City Hall. The rental fee is twenty-five ($25.00) dollars per day, or any part thereof.

City Council Chambers: This room is also located on the main floor, adjacent to the Memorial Room, and the fee is fifty ($50.00) dollars per day, or any part thereof.

City Hall Auditorium: The auditorium in located on the second floor of City Hall and the scheduling/booking for the its use is now handled through the Lost Nation Theater. Their business phone is: 229-0492.

Placement of Items on the City Council Agendas
can be arranged by calling this office and following up with a written request. Council Meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month and the deadline for submission of any items is 12:00 noon on the Friday prior to the meeting.

Information for the Mayor and City Council Members can be dropped off if necessary. Council Members do not stop by on a regular basis, but packets are delivered to them every Friday and correspondence can be forwarded to them from this office.

Charters, City Plans, and Excerpts from City's Code of Ordinances (copies of ...) are available through this office.

USS Montpelier Museum

The Museum is located off from the Auditorium (second floor).  Visitors can get the key from the City Manager's Office during working hours (8:00 - 4:30, Monday through Friday) or ask staff of Lost Nation Theater evenings and weekends.
