Group 4 - Documents between Attorney and City Manager relating to Scott

Construction, Inc. from October 2006 and October 2009 .

The following documents represent records of communications between Attorney Steve Stitzel (or members of his firm) and City Manager William Fraser concerning Scott Construction, Inc. during the time period of October 2006 and October 2009.

Consistent with the City Council's waiver of attorney-client privilege at their meeting of October 21,2009, all documents are included except the following:

Any documents between the Attorney and City Manager which were already released in Groups 1,2 or 3.
Two E-mails from Fraser to Stitzel dated October 12, 2009 and October 15, 2009 which both deal specifically with potential future collection action and include parties other than Scott Construction, Inc.
Two paragraphs of an a E-Mail from Attorney John Klesch (from Stitzel, Page & Fletcher) dated September I I , 2009 which deal specifically with future collection actions and included parties other than Scott Construction, Inc.
Private banking account numbers contained in the above referenced September I I, 2009 EMail have been redacted.
Two attachments to the above referenced September II , 2009 E-Mail which contain extensive private banking information such as account numbers, bank statements, account balance's, copies of cancelled checks, etc.
