 National Citizen Survey Results:  What Residents Think


The City worked with the National Research Center, Inc. and the International City/County Management Association to conduct a statistically valid survey about the opinions and perspectives residents have about city government and the quality of life in Montpelier.  The results of the survey are below.

This report provides an overview of the survey, a description of the methodology, and a summary of the results.

National Citizen Survey:  Benchmark Report
This report provides an analysis of how the city compares to similar cities our size around the country and also to all the cities who have done the survey.

National Citizen Survey:  Demographic Comparison Report
This report provides the Montpelier data broken down by demographic variables:  age, income, etc.

National Citizen Survey:  Geographic Comparison Report
This report provides the Montpelier data by voting district.  

National Citizen Survey:  Open Ended Questions Report
This report gives the information that was collected from the open ended questions the survey asked.
