MONTPELIER CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Wednesday, May 28, 2003, 7:30 p.m., City Hall

Notice is hereby given to the residents and voters of the City of Montpelier that the City Council will hold a public hearing on May 28, 2003 at 7:30 PM at the Montpelier City Hall to receive public comment and to consider adoption of Interim Zoning Regulations that would overlay the existing boundaries of the General Business, Low Density and Medium Density Residential Districts and establish an Interim Restricted Development District on lands along Barre Street locally known as "Sabin's Pasture." The proposed interim zoning regulations are set forth in their entirety below.

INTERIM ZONING REGULATIONS ESTABLISHING AN
INTERIM RESTRICTED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

There is hereby established an Interim Restricted Development zoning district which is shown on a plan entitled, "Interim Restricted Development District," dated May 12, 2003. This plan is incorporated into this interim zoning regulation by reference.
No land development shall occur in the Interim Restricted Development District except as provided for in accordance with 24 V.S.A. §4410(d).
These interim zoning regulations shall not repeal or alter any existing regulations of the City of Montpelier. These regulations establish requirements and restrictions which are in addition to those contained in any other regulations of the City.

To Extend Interim Zoning One Year
Wednesday, May 25, 2005, 7:30 p.m., City Hall

The City Council held a public hearing on Wednesday, May 25, 2005, 7:30 p.m., at the Montpelier City Hall to receive public comment and to consider extending for one additional year the Interim Restricted Development District Interim Zoning Regulations, in accordance with 24 V.S.A. §4415(f), that overlays the existing boundaries of the General Business, Low Density and Medium Density Residential Districts. The interim zoning regulation proposed to be extended is set forth in its entirety below.
