Recreation Facility Rentals

The Recreation Department has two facilities that are rentable to the pubic. 

The Rec Center: Located at 55 Barre St. The Rec Center has a large open space for basketball practice, birthday parties, or other private events. 

The Pool Pavilion: Located at 3 Poolside Dr. The pavilion is a large gathering space with about 8 large tables. This space is great for birthday parties, family reunions, and other special events.

Request Information: 

To request one of the facilities for rental purposes, please fill out the Reservation Rental Form completely and return to the 

SPECIAL NOTE: If your reservations is during the weekend, the renter will have t check out a Gym Key for the weekend. Key must be checked out by the Friday during the regular business hours. Rec Center hours are 9:00am - 4:00pm. The key can be checked out at the main office at 55 Barre St. Key must be returned to the office 24 hours after the reservation. 

HOLIDAY GYM CLOSINGS: The Rec Center will be closed during Federal Holidays. No programs or activities will be run during Federal Holidays. 

Building will be closed during the following Holidays: 
January 1st and 2nd - New Year's Day 
Jan. 16th - Martin Luther King Jr. Day
Feb. 20th - President's Day 
May 29th - Memorial Day 
July 4th - Independence Day
Sept. 4th - Labor Day
Oct. 9th  - Indigenous Peoples Day
Nov. 10th - Veterans Day
Nov. 23 & 24 - Thanksgiving 
Dec. 25th - Christmas Holiday
