Barriers to Housing

The Barriers to Housing Committee met through the summer of 2011 to explore potential solutions to the need for housing that is affordable for working families. With the generous help of 2 students from the Vermont Law School Land Use clinic and the active participation of Councilors Angela MacDonald-Timpone and Nancy Sherman, as well as various experts on housing, a report was completed.
